Shipping And Returns
All orders placed with The Kayes ship from Dallas, TX within 3-5 business days of your order date. All orders will ship for free, standard shipping within the United States. At this time we only offer standard shipping. Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 3-10 days of the date it was shipped. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package. If for any reason your order is delayed or cancelled, you will receive a Cancelled Order Notification or Shipping Update with instructions on how to proceed.
We are happy to accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 14 days for store credit only. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service.
Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages
If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.
