Shipping And Returns
All orders placed with The Kayes ship from Dallas, TX within 3-5 business days of your order date. All orders will ship for a flat rate of for $5.00 if you spend less than $50, standard shipping within the United States. At this time we only offer standard shipping. Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 3-10 days of the date it was shipped. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package. If for any reason your order is delayed or cancelled, you will receive a Cancelled Order Notification or Shipping Update with instructions on how to proceed.
We are happy to accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of the received date for a full store credit. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service.
Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages
If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a Refund Notification via email. Once received, the order amount will be refunded in the original form of payment, or a store credit will be issued via email after 14 days. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post.
