How do I check my order status?
Just log into your account to view your order history and you’ll see the current status of your order.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add email@example.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed with The Kayes ship from Dallas, TX within 3-5 business days of your order date. All orders will ship for a flat rate of $5.00 for standard shipping within the United States. At this time we only offer standard shipping. Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 3-10 days of the date it was shipped. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation number. Use this number to track your package.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped two business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Does The Kayes ship internationally?
We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer international shipping. Check back for updates as we plan to change this soon!
How do I use a promo code?
Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, you’ll see “Have a promo code?” Just click the plus sign, type in the code and hit “Apply.” Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected under your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the “Promotions” line. Please be advised that only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Some exclusions may apply.
How long will it take to receive my refund after I have shipped my return?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. We will notify you via email when this transaction has taken place. Please see Shipping & Returns for more information.
